How to run tasks automatically

There are two methods to run the tasks automatically:

1) Using the buid in scheduler. You can lanuch the Sync Now! Scheduler by clicking the "Scheduler" button on the toolbar

2) Using the command line feature of Sync Now. Then you can use the command line in any scheduler program, e.g. Windows Task Scheduler, to automate the sync.
